We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated English Language Instructor to join our founding team and deliver world-class language training.
As an English Instructor at ATC, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across the CEFR spectrum (A1 to C2) and specialized Business English modules designed for the Dubai corporate landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Instructional Delivery: Teach General English courses to diverse adult learners across all levels (Beginner A1 to Mastery C2).
• Business English Specialist: Deliver high-impact Business English training, including corporate communication, presentation skills, and professional writing.
• Curriculum Adaptation: Customize lesson plans to meet the specific career goals and linguistic needs of our students.
• Assessment & Progress: Conduct placement tests, monitor student progress, and provide constructive feedback to ensure learning outcomes are met.
• Classroom Management: Create an inspiring and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certifications: CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or TEFL certification is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably with adult learners and corporate professionals.
• Versatility: Proven ability to teach both General English (A1-C2) and specialized Business English.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and proficiency in using educational technology.
