Overview Of The Role:
- The Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless service operations for the AMC Services Team in Dubai. This role requires effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of PPM activities and managing service requests. The coordinator will serve as the primary communication hub between clients, engineers, and operational teams, ensuring all processes align with SLAs and company standards. Success in this role involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service execution, with detailed documentation and regular progress tracking.
What You Will Do:
Service Operations Management
- Function as the Service Coordinator for the AMC Services Team, ensuring seamless execution of service operations.
- Coordinate and schedule PPM activities in accordance with the annual maintenance plan.
- Receive, log, and manage service requests, ensuring timely deployment of engineers/technicians in the Manage engine portal.
- Monitor daily operations and service activities to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption to client operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, field teams, subcontractors, and operations team for all service-related communications.
Documentation and Reporting
- Track each work progress, update service records, and ensure closure of service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, work orders, and reports for tracking and client reporting.
- Experienced in ADMCC Technical documentation as per ADMCC guidelines.
Client and Stakeholder Interaction
- Promote customer satisfaction through timely updates, professional communication, and effective issue resolution.
- Escalate unresolved or high-priority issues to the service manager for prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and the procurement engineer to ensure material availability and timely execution of scheduled tasks and casual jobs.
Compliance and Standards
- Ensure all service operations adhere to company standards, safety protocols, and quality expectations.

What Qualifies You For The Role:
- 3 years Diploma or B. Tech in Electronics Engineering or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Security and various ELV Systems such as CCTV, ACS, Wi-Fi, Data, and Voice systems.
- Hands-on experience in service coordination, work scheduling, and operations support within a technical environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
