We are looking for an experienced and proactive Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities for ongoing MEP and fit-out projects in Abu Dhabi. The candidate should be capable of leading site teams, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring all electrical works are completed safely and as per project specifications.

Typical UAE electrical supervisor roles include supervision of installation activities, troubleshooting, safety compliance, testing, commissioning, and coordination with consultants and contractors


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day electrical works at project sites
  • Lead electricians and technicians to ensure timely project execution
  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
  • Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
  • Monitor material usage and manpower allocation
  • Ensure compliance with ADDC regulations and site safety standards
  • Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and support project completion targets


Skills

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in MEP/construction projects
  • Knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning
  • Familiarity with ADDC regulations and UAE electrical standards
  • Strong leadership and site coordination skills
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and load schedules
  • UAE Driving License preferred
  • ADDC approval will be an added advantage
