Job description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait, overseeing installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance works related to power transformers, MV/LV switchgears, and associated systems. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in industrial or utility electrical projects and strong knowledge of site supervision standards in the Gulf region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of:
  • Power transformers (up to 33kV and above)
  • Medium & Low Voltage switchgears
  • Control panels, protection relays, and cable terminations
  • Interpret and verify electrical drawings and SLDs for project execution.
  • Ensure work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and technical teams for on-site activities.
  • Monitor project timelines and manpower performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure quality control of electrical works.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports and attend site meetings as required.
