Commission Structure

This is a 100% commission-based role. You earn 40% of the commission on every deal you close.

Depending on property value, that's typically $8,000 to $80,000+ per single deal.

Agents with an established portfolio and existing client relationships can expect to scale earnings

significantly faster than market averages.

Who We're Looking For

We are a growing Dubai real estate team seeking experienced, independent agents ready to join a

high-performance partnership. This is not an entry-level position — we are looking for professionals who

can hit the ground running.

Mandatory Requirements

• Currently based in Dubai — physical presence is required for client meetings and property

viewings; remote-only applicants will not be considered.

• Valid UAE Driver's License — you will be driving clients to property viewings independently.

• Proven real estate sales experience — minimum 1 year of active deal-closing in the UAE or

comparable market; you must be able to demonstrate a track record.

• Own property listings / inventory — you should bring your own portfolio of listings or established

developer/landlord relationships; we are not a source of listings for new agents.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and closing deals on your own listings as well as opportunities shared within the team.

• Attending property viewings with clients across Dubai — driving is essential.

• Collaborating with senior partners on high-value transactions.

• Growing your personal network and contributing new opportunities to the team.

The Partnership Model

Joining Phase: You integrate into the team, align on processes, and start closing deals with your

existing listings and network. Senior partners are available for high-value deal support.

Growth Phase: You expand your portfolio, leverage shared team resources, and begin contributing

developer and landlord relationships to the wider team.

Mature Phase: You transition into a fully independent partner with greater autonomy, access to

premium mandates, and a higher revenue share.

Important — Please Read Carefully

• This is a 100% commission-only role with no base salary. Only suitable for experienced agents

with financial runway and the mindset to operate as an independent business owner.

• You must be based in Dubai. Training and client meetings happen both online and offline —

physical presence is required at all times.

• A valid UAE driver's license is non-negotiable. Property viewings require independent mobility.

• You must bring your own listings or developer/landlord relationships. We are building a team

of contributors, not sourcing properties on behalf of new joiners.

• We are looking for serious, long-term partners. Short-term candidates are not a fit.
