We are a growing IT refurbishing and trading company establishing operations in the UAE, with ambitious plans to expand globally. We deal in refurbished IT equipment buying, selling wholesale and retail — as well as breaking down computers and reselling components and parts to high-demand international markets.
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to join our team. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role that sits at the intersection of IT knowledge, data integrity, pricing intelligence, and operational management. Data Analysis & Quality Control
• Analyse and validate data used in inventory, pricing, and operational computer models
• Identify and resolve data duplications, inconsistencies, and anomalies across databases and systems
• Maintain and improve data accuracy standards across all business functions
• Develop and implement data quality frameworks and reporting tools
Pricing & Financial Judgement
• Assess and determine appropriate pricing for refurbished IT equipment, parts, and components
• Apply knowledge of accounting principles to support product pricing decisions
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability
• Evaluate pricing strategies for different sales channels — wholesale, retail, and export markets
Operations & Logistics Management
• Oversee and coordinate operational workflows including inventory management, and fulfilment
• Manage logistics for domestic distribution and international export to target markets
• Identify and develop relationships with buyers in high-demand global markets
• Support the setup and scaling of operations as the company grows
IT Equipment Assessment
• Evaluate the condition, specifications, and resale value of incoming IT equipment and parts
• Support the breakdown and component extraction process with technical knowledge
• Classify and catalogue hardware accurately for inventory and export compliance
REQUIREMENTS
Essential
• Strong IT background — formal qualification OR proven hands-on experience with computer hardware (self-taught / hobbyist backgrounds are welcome)
• Demonstrable experience in data analysis with a keen eye for identifying duplications and data errors
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals as applied to product pricing
• Experience in operations management, including logistics and supply chain coordination
• Sound commercial judgement and the ability to assess market value of IT equipment
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
• Prior experience in the IT refurbishing, remarketing, or ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) industry
• Familiarity with international trade, export regulations, and cross-border logistics
• Knowledge of key global markets for refurbished IT equipment (e.g. Africa, South/Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe)
• Experience working in or with companies based in the UAE or wider GCC region
• Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms
