Job description

We are an e-commerce fashion company based in Dubai (IFZA), looking for a reliable and proactive person to assist with daily operations.

The role includes a mix of customer service, e-commerce support, and basic logistics.

The ideal candidate is organized, multitasking, and able to communicate in both English and basic Italian.

You will work in our operational office in Al Qusais (not remote), and will support the online sales process from order to shipment.

Skills


  • Handle customer messages (email, WhatsApp, basic phone calls)
  • Manage orders, returns, and delivery updates through the e-commerce platform
  • Support packing and shipping coordination with couriers
  • Assist with photo area setup (for product still life shooting)
  • Help maintain a tidy and efficient workspace

🔸 Required Skills:

  • Basic or intermediate Italian language (must)
  • Fluent English
  • PC and smartphone skills (email, basic Excel, Shopify a plus)
  • Reliable, quick to learn, detail-oriented
  • Must have own transportation (Al Qusais area)
