Description
Design and launch lifecycle and loyalty journeys to boost retention, engagement, and reward program performance.Leverage CRM tools and first-party data to create personalised, multichannel campaigns.Collaborate with digital, eComm, and product teams to align CRM with business goals.Monitor and optimise campaign performance through data insights and A/B testing.


Profile
6-8+ years' experience in CRM, loyalty, or lifecycle roles in major brands or retailers.Expertise in tools like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.Strong project management, communication, and data-driven campaign skills.Confident working across cross-functional teams with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a matrixed organisation.
