This role provides essential support to the credit control operations for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) portfolio, with responsibility for managing mailbox activity, processing cash allocations, posting receipts, and responding to Statement of Account (SOA) requests. The position contributes directly to maintaining accurate financial controls and delivering timely, reliable support to internal stakeholders and clients within the Credit Control function.
- Manage incoming communication through the centralised mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses, escalating complex or non‑routine cases as required, and upholding internal service standards.
- Process and deliver all SOA requests for MEA clients with precision and within agreed timelines.
- Arrange and organize receipts daily for MEA clients, ensuring complete documentation and compliance with credit control procedures.
- Perform weekly posting of client receipts in the policy administration system based on the approved cash allocation file.
- Execute daily posting of receipts when serving as backup support or during end‑of‑service coverage for the primary colleague, ensuring operational continuity and accuracy.
- Support the Credit Control team through routine follow‑ups, data validation, and adherence to escalation protocols.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, data accuracy, and compliance with internal controls and financial governance requirements.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and effective communication across all credit control processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, particularly for email‑based client interactions.
