Job description

Role Details

This is a senior finance appointment within an internationally recognised organisation at the forefront of the automotive sector across the Middle East. The Controlling Manager sits at the centre of strategic decision-making, with direct influence over commercial direction and financial outcomes at a regional level.

The Role

  • You will lead the financial steering of the business end to end: setting and managing financial targets, monitoring performance, analysing variances, and presenting well-considered business cases to the Management Board. Accountability for Contribution Margin, Contribution Margin per Unit, and Sales Allowances sits with you.
  • You will serve as the primary finance partner across all business units, facilitating performance reviews, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
  • Your reporting will be accurate, timely, and genuinely insightful, informing confident decision-making at the most senior levels.
  • You will also provide financial expertise for strategic projects, contract negotiations, and incentive programme design.

What You Will Bring

  • You will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline, and have six to eight years of experience in a Controlling, Accounting, or Financial role within a multinational environment.
  • Technically, you will be proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, experienced with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, and comfortable operating within SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
  • Equally important are your interpersonal qualities. You will negotiate with credibility, communicate complex information with clarity, and build relationships across functions and seniority levels with ease.
  • You will be analytical, precise under pressure, and genuinely committed to continuous improvement.

What’s on Offer

A highly competitive package including annual bonus, healthcare, school fees contribution, company car and annual air ticket.

Why Apply

This is a role of real consequence within a well-resourced, internationally connected business in one of the world's most commercially active regions. You will have meaningful scope, direct access to senior leadership, and the professional environment that a world-class organisation affords.
