About the job CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead site execution activities for an ADNOC Offshore project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing offshore construction, installation, and brownfield modifications, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery in compliance with ADNOC standards.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead and manage all offshore construction and installation activities.
  • Ensure execution in line with project schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams across disciplines.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Plan and coordinate construction sequences, work packs, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor progress and productivity, identifying and resolving site issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams for smooth project execution.
  • Manage interfaces for brownfield modifications and tie-ins with existing facilities.
  • Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and construction procedures.
  • Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC requirements and inspection plans.
  • Handle site queries, RFIs, and field changes in coordination with engineering teams.
  • Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in oil & gas construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in offshore construction projects, preferably with ADNOC Offshore.
  • Strong knowledge of offshore construction methods, installation, and HSE practices.
  • Experience in brownfield projects and live plant modifications is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors and complex site interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC, permit-to-work (PTW), and safety systems.
  • Professional certifications and HSE qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) are a plus.
