You will be responsible for developing our sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure. A strong personal network in the industry is essential.

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales within the demolition or construction
• A strong, active network in the industry (contractors, developers, public sector contacts)
• Proven ability to close high-value B2B deals
• Deep understanding of demolition workflows, technical terminology, and industry dynamics
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel as needed
