1.College degree or above, major in project management, engineering cost, or related fields.
2.At least 5 years of working experience in budget and settlement in the curtain wall industry or construction engineering industry.
3.Experience in commercial work on large-scale projects, with English as a working language.
4.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong risk identification awareness, and ability to effectively handle commercial disputes and contract risks.
