Clinic Manager

We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the operations of a premium Medical Aesthetics & Wellness clinic in Dubai.
This is a senior management role for a strong operator with proven experience managing clinics with high monthly turnover and working in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Full control of clinic operations and daily processes - Management of leads, sales funnel and conversions - Understanding and optimization of operational & sales systems (CRM, KPIs) - Acting as the right hand of the owner in operational and business matters - Coordination of medical and administrative teams - Ensuring high-level patient experience and revenue performance - Full-time position, on-site in Dubai - Competitive salary - Opportunity to work in a premium, fast-growing clinic - Professional growth and long-term career prospects - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinic Manager or similar leadership role in Dubai or Abu Dhabi - Proven experience managing big turnovers - Strong understanding of medical aesthetics / wellness clinic operations - English level B2 or higher (Arabic is a plus) - Experience working with CRM systems, reporting, KPIs and financial tracking - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and organisational skills
