Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Client Director with 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing and client leadership.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in leading pitches, winning RFPs, managing a portfolio of clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic account expansion.
This role requires a senior leader who can combine strategic thinking, commercial ownership, and full-funnel digital expertise to grow both new and existing business.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end pitching and RFP processes Develop winning proposals, strategic decks, and commercial frameworks Own and deliver against assigned revenue targets Drive new business acquisition and pipeline growth Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities Develop integrated full-funnel digital strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention) Build strong, long-term client partnerships at senior stakeholder level Collaborate with internal teams (performance, media, creative, content, analytics) to ensure delivery excellence Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction, retention, and profitability Requirements 8–12 years of experience in client servicing, account leadership, or business development within digital marketing Proven track record of winning competitive RFPs and leading successful pitches Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets Demonstrated ability to drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling Deep understanding of full-funnel digital marketing strategy Experience managing multiple clients and cross-functional teams Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Results-driven mindset with strong leadership capabilities Preferred Background Agency experience preferred Experience handling large or regional accounts Strong analytical and performance-driven approach
