Cafe Manager

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and customer-focused Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of the café and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining operational standards, driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring the café operates efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café
• Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Team Management

• supervise, and motivate café staff
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
• Foster a positive and professional work environment
• Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback

Customer Experience

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries professionally
• Build strong relationships with regular customers and enhance customer satisfaction

Inventory Management

• Control operational costs and minimize waste
• Oversee stock levels, ordering, and supplier coordination

Quality Control

• Ensure consistency in food and beverage quality
• Maintain café standards for service, presentation, and ambiance
• Work closely with the kitchen/barista team to improve efficiency and product quality
