Job description

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new opportunities for switchgear and electrical panel projects.
  • Identify and approach MEP contractors, consultants, developers, industrial clients, and facility management companies across the UAE.
  • Generate RFQs, tenders, and project inquiries for MDB, SMDB, DB, MCC, ATS, synchronization, and control panels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Follow up on quotations and technical submissions until project award.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and secure project orders.
  • Monitor upcoming construction and industrial projects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.
  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
