Business Development Manager – Interior Fitout
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Our client conducts interior design, manufacturing, consulting and fitout projects for commercial sectors.
They have a large joinery factory for design and custom furniture requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with consultants, developers, architects, and contractors, and securing new fit-out and interior contracting projects.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has a strong network of potential clients in the UAE.
Role and responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE construction and interiors market
· Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and main contractors
· Generate and manage a pipeline of interior fit-out projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors
· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to potential clients
· Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure successful tender submissions
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project opportunities
· Lead negotiations and support contract closing with clients
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
Requirements
· Minimum 5–10 years of business development or sales experience in the Interior Fit-Out / Joinery / Construction sector
· Strong existing network of consultants, architects, developers, and contractors in the UAE
· Proven track record of securing interior fit-out projects
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
· Strong understanding of tendering processes and project sales
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field preferred
