We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our expansion in the Dubai market.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager (BDM) with around minimum one year of experience to help drive business growth and acquire new clients in Dubai. The BDM will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and presenting the value of Fluencer PR LLC-FZ's services, with a specific focus on leveraging press releases and media sales strategies. This role requires a candidate with foundational sales and communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for the PR and media landscape in Dubai, more specifically and mandator in ( pr sales and media sales ).
Job can be on-site, hybrid or remote.
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Lead Generation:
- Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients and relevant industry trends in Dubai.
- Support the generation of new leads through various methods, including online research, networking, and potentially some cold outreach.
- Maintain a record of lead generation activities.
Client Relationship Support:
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and meetings, under guidance.
- Help to understand client needs and objectives to support the development of tailored service offerings.
- Participate in the delivery of presentations and proposals, learning to articulate the value proposition of Fluencer PR LLC-FZ.
Press Release and Media Sales Focus:
- Learn and actively participate in the process of developing and distributing press releases to relevant media outlets.
- Support media outreach efforts and build initial relationships with media contacts.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing media sales opportunities for clients.
- Understand the basics of media buying and planning.
- Sales and Negotiation Support:
- Support the management of the sales cycle, learning the process from initial contact to potential deal closure.
- Observe and participate in negotiations, learning effective techniques.
- Work towards achieving defined sales targets and KPIs.
Collaboration and Internal Communication:
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide regular updates on business development activities and progress.
Networking and Industry Engagement:
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to learn and build professional relationships.
- Represent Fluencer PR LLC-FZ professionally.

For Press Releases:
- Basic Writing Skills: Ability to write clear and concise summaries and contribute to press release drafts.

For Media Sales:

- Approximately 1 year of experience in a business development, sales, or
marketing-related role. Experience in PR or media is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Commission:
- The salary for this position ranges from 5,000 to 12,000 AED per month, depending on the candidate's experience and demonstrated skills.
- In addition to the base salary, the Business Development Manager will be eligible for commission based on successfully achieved targets. The specific commission structure will be discussed during the interview process and will be linked to factors such as:
- New Client Acquisition: Commission for each new client secured.
- Revenue Generation: Commission based on the revenue generated from new clients.
- Target Achievement Levels: Different commission rates may apply based on reaching specific sales goals.
The commission plan will be clearly outlined and communicated to the selected candidate
