Job description

Evergreen Ventures is a fast-growing Agri-export company with a strong foundation in India and an expanding presence in the UAE. We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to drive our growth in the UAE market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and secure new B2B customers in the UAE (wholesalers, food processors, retailers, and distributors)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
  • Conduct regular visits to wholesale markets, trade shows, and client sites
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to help shape our sales strategy
  • Support company branding and digital presence initiatives in the UAE
  • Coordinate with our Indian operations team for order fulfillment and customer service

Skills

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in food, FMCG, or Agri-Products)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with UAE market dynamics and local business culture
  • Ability to work independently, travel within the UAE, and build new networks from scratch
  • Proficiency in English; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus
  • UAE driving license preferred
