We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to lead outreach, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term platform clients. You will work directly with senior leadership across iGaming markets with a primary focus on India and Asia.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute targeted outreach strategies to identify and engage operators and entrepreneurs seeking Turnkey or White Label iGaming solutions. Build and maintain a qualified prospect pipeline across Indian and Asian geographies through cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and industry events. Represent Velnix in client meetings, product demos, and pitch presentations. Own inbound lead inquiries — qualify, follow up, and advance through the funnel. Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, platform demos, and onboarding documentation. Contribute to market entry strategies, competitor mapping, and pricing benchmarking for new territories. Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver weekly and monthly pipeline and performance reports to management.
Requirements
An Female Candidate with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent B2B sales experience. One to three years in business development, B2B sales, or account management, preferably in digital, tech, or gaming. Prior exposure to iGaming, fintech, or SaaS platform sales is a strong advantage. Freshers with exceptional commercial drive and communication skills will be considered. Fluency in English is mandatory. Hindi proficiency is a strong advantage. Additional South Asian languages such as Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada are welcome.
The position is a full-time, permanent role based in Dubai, UAE, falling under the Sales and Business Development function. The industry is Digital Technology and iGaming Entertainment. The career level is Junior to Mid, requiring one to three years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. The monthly salary ranges from AED 2500 to 3000 with additional performance-based incentives. Key skills include B2B sales, lead generation, CRM management, iGaming platform knowledge, and experience with Indian or Asian market outreach.
