Business Development and Events Executive

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development and Events Exec to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, strategic partnerships, and event management within a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You’ll be a key support in expanding our business reach while developing professional skills under the guidance of senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and generating new business leads.
• Conduct outreach to potential partners, collaborators, and clients.
• Support in pursuing and securing large-scale business deals.
• Coordinate and participate in events—from planning, scheduling and logistics to on-site execution.
• Upsell and cross promote products and services as per a pre-defined target
• Work closely with the Marketing Department to ensure the procurement of the required collateral and event structures.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business growth strategies.
• Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Work closely with the Business Development team and receive mentorship from all heads of department.
• Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned to support the overall goals of the business.
