Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on investment strategies, portfolio development, and risk management.
• Conduct thorough market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue channels.
• Prepare detailed investment proposals, business plans, and financial models for clients and internal use.
• Evaluate business performance and recommend improvements in efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, and due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors affecting investment and business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and key business partners.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Consultant, Investment Analyst, or Business Development Manager.
• Strong command of investment principles, financial modeling, and strategic business planning.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate growth and market expansion opportunities.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-impact strategic recommendations.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consulting firms, private equity, venture capital, or corporate strategy roles.
• Familiarity with the UAE/GCC investment landscape is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of international market entry and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in investment advisory, business consulting, or business development.
