Job description

We’re looking for a high-performing Brand Growth & Marketing Manager to scale our digital and offline marketing efforts for both of these business wings, as well as the Founder’s personal influence and brand. This is a full-time role.

 

You’ll lead strategy and execution for both our corporate brand and the founder’s personal brand across social media, performance marketing, events, and content. Our ideal candidate knows how to grow audiences from 0 to 1M+, build funnels that convert, and run high-ROI campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, and more. You’re creative, data-driven, content-savvy, and thrive in high-growth environments.

 

The ideal candidate has 4 to 6 years’ experience in brand/growth marketing (startup or agency background preferred). A strong and demonstrable track record with paid ads, content strategy, and building engaged online audiences is essential.

YOUR MISSION

You will lead and execute the strategy to grow both Successio Global and our founder’s personal brand across digital and offline platforms. You’ll be responsible for positioning us as a category leader, scaling visibility, authority, and engagement through content, campaigns, and partnerships.


You’ll combine performance marketing precision with brand storytelling flair—and you’ll be the driver of rapid, measurable, and meaningful growth.

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO


Strategy & Execution

  • Build and lead the brand growth strategy for both the company and the founder’s personal brand
  • Design and execute high-impact campaigns that drive reach, relevance, and revenue
  • Own and optimize content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, email, and podcasts
  • Map out a clear path to 1M+ digital followers backed by metrics and a solid performance measurement plan
  • Identify trends, insights, and whitespace opportunities in the entrepreneurial and financial industry content landscape


Performance & Growth Marketing

  • Launch and scale high-converting funnels, lead-gen systems, and paid ad campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and report performance across channels—turning data into action
  • Own the SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social growth strategy
  • Optimize digital presence and content to drive conversions and community growth


Brand & Content Leadership

  • Create and manage a content calendar that blends strategic thought leadership, storytelling, and timely relevance
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, editors, and freelancers as needed
  • Shape brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Drive consistent messaging and positioning in all external communications


Offline & Community Growth

  • Create and amplify brand presence through offline activations, partnerships, and events
  • Support the launch and growth of the Successio Global in-person communities
  • Partner with PR, media, and speaking bureaus to grow visibility
