Maintain the cleanliness of all displays, counters and seating areas, ensuring Health and Safety hazards, issues, near misses and accidents are reported using the appropriate reporting procedures at the earliest opportunity
To take responsibility of all monies whilst on shift ensuring all Profit Protection Procedures and relevant paperwork is adhered too at all times, reporting any issues to your line manager
To observe and comply with all company and unit profit protection procedures
Prepares beverages for guests and ensures they are consistent with standards
Familiarize self with menu and prices
Assist in set-up and maintaining service areas and dining rooms in a clean, neat, and orderly manner
Act as an ambassador of the Nestle Nespresso brand in the Boutique and Bar
Other duties as directed inclusive of but not limited to serving, clearing and resetting tables as needed, dishwashing
Opportunities to fine tune skills and craft
Serve food and beverages, including, but not limited to, meals, condiments and accompaniments
Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply
Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes
Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Experience with Aloha or a similar POS system
Knowledgeable of coffee program
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends and holidays
