About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Bancassurance Specialist to join our Abu Dhabi team. In this role, you will partner with banking channels to drive insurance product distribution, achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will leverage your bancassurance and insurance sales expertise to develop strong relationships with banking partners and clients, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute bancassurance sales plans in collaboration with bank partners
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential bancassurance clients
Achieve and exceed individual and channel sales targets for insurance products
Conduct product presentations and needs assessments for banking customers
Provide ongoing support and training to banking staff on insurance products and sales processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE insurance regulations
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in insurance sales or bancassurance
Strong knowledge of insurance products and bancassurance distribution channels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills
Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations and compliance requirements
Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
Experience working directly within banking institutions
Certification in insurance or financial services (e.g., CII, IFP)
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
Fluency in Arabic
