Our client is a well‑established private equity investment firm with a strong track record across the GCC. They are seeking a Private Equity Associate to support investment execution and portfolio management within a growing, entrepreneurial team.

Description

The successful candidate will play a key role across sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing private equity investments.

Responsibilities include:
Supporting deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution across multiple sectorsConducting financial analysis, modelling, commercial due diligence, and market researchPreparing investment memoranda and materials for investment committee reviewSupporting portfolio management and value creation initiatives post‑investmentWorking closely with management teams and senior stakeholdersBuilding and maintaining strong industry relationships across the region


Profile
2-6 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or Big Four transaction servicesProven transaction exposure and strong analytical capabilityExcellent financial modelling and valuation skillsA hands‑on, proactive mindset and comfort working in a lean team environmentStrong communication and presentation skillsFluency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial but not essentialWillingness to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
