Job Brief:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support and drive sales of material handling equipment in the Dubai market.
The role focuses on developing strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, offering tailored solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in forklift or material handling equipment sales and strong B2B account management skills.
Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of material handling equipment in the Dubai market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and provide customized equipment and service solutions.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular client visits and sales meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up on negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.
• Represent the company professionally in client interactions and industry events.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in forklift or material handling equipment sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE) or an MBA.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and client management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
