• Prepare product solutions for projects in compliance with project guidelines and standards.
• Support client technical meetings to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Maintain project database ensuring all project data is retained and kept up to date.
• In depth knowledge of specification, norms and guidelines relevant to company products and their application.
• Preparing product benchmarks against competitors in line with company guidelines.
• Provide technical training to company staff and business partners.
• Coordinate and interface with parent company in Germany ensuring selections and engineering are in line with protocol.
• Capacity to read engineering construction drawings and determine the optimum solutions from these.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and capability to produce 2D drawings.
• Prepare presentations on the various products portfolio to company staff and business partners.
• Participate in seminars, conferences and events.
• Report preparation and data analysis.
• Continually develop the knowledge base of company products and their application in Middle East projects.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures and look for new ways to streamline the operational efficiency of the department.
Specification:
• Need to have an Engineering Degree
• About 2 to 3 years in a technical environment (i.e. design consultancy, manufacturing, construction site etc.) or new graduate
• Expert user of computer packages (Microsoft).
• Knowledge of the construction industry would be an advantage.
• Age between 25- 28 years old
• Experience in the construction systems for door, window and safety technology would be an advantage.
• Auto cad knowledge is a must
• Driving license
