Daily operation and management of the store
Be responsible for the full-process operation of the Amazon store (Seller Central backend), including product listing, information optimization (title/keyword/description /A+ page), inventory monitoring and FBA/FBM shipping coordination, to ensure the normal status of goods and no risk of violation.
Track the fulfillment of orders, handle customer inquiries, returns and exchanges, as well as negative reviews, maintain store ratings (ODR, Feedback, Review), and enhance customer satisfaction.
Execution of advertising and promotion strategies
Formulate and optimize the Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display) placement plan, monitor core indicators such as ACoS, CTR, and conversion rate, and improve the ROI of advertisements through keyword screening and bidding adjustment.
Plan and execute platform promotion activities (such as Prime Day, Black Friday, flash sale deals), coordinate inventory, pricing and traffic resources, and achieve sales targets.
Data-driven business optimization
Analyze the store's sales data (such as BSR ranking, category traffic, and competitor dynamics), advertising reports, and customer behavior data, and output operation optimization reports (such as product selection adjustments, pricing strategies, and traffic bottlenecks) to drive sales growth.
Monitor market trends and changes in platform policies (such as logistics rules, commission adjustments, compliance requirements), adjust operation strategies in a timely manner, and avoid account risks.
Cross-departmental collaboration
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate inventory and timely delivery. Synchronize market feedback with the product team and optimize the product selection direction; Collaborate with the design team to optimize the product images/detail pages.
More than 1-3 years of practical experience in Amazon Seller Central. Successful cases of operating brand stores or categories such as hardware/material/furniture products are preferred (verifiable data results must be provided, such as "reducing ACoS from 28% to 18% through advertising optimization").
Familiar with Amazon platform rules (such as infringement policies, variant merging, account performance indicators), and understand compliance processes such as KYC review and VAT declaration.
Skills and Tools
Proficient in Amazon back-end operations (Seller Central and Vendor Central preferred), and skilled in using third-party tools (such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, AMZ Tracker) for product selection analysis, keyword mining and competitive product monitoring.
Have the ability of data analysis and be able to handle sales, advertising and inventory data (such as VLOOKUP, PivotTable, trend chart production) through Excel/Google Sheets.
English can be used as a working language (CET-6 or above is preferred), and be able to read platform policies fluently, reply to customer emails and optimize English product copy.
Soft quality
Clear logic, strong stress resistance, and the ability to respond quickly to changes in platform rules and unexpected issues (such as a sharp increase in negative reviews and inventory shortages).
Result-oriented, with an active learning awareness (such as following Amazon's official live streams and industry summits to obtain the latest operation skills).
Bonus points
Have experience in Amazon Brand Registry or GCID/EBC/A+ page production;
Familiar with the interactive gameplay between social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram and Amazon's off-site traffic diversion.
