We are looking for someone with Technical skills with sanitary ware/stainless steel, kitchen appliance/equipment



Lead a team with 3 people, he or she will be doing after sales coord and assist the customers over phone, reporting to MD.



Main tasks

ï‚· Receiving and making after sales calls for guarantee/warranty cases

ï‚· Providing technical support and initial advice to new incoming cases

ï‚· Organize and manage the daily work schedule for the after sales technicians

 Organize project mock up’s and on-site technical calls

ï‚· Collect customer feedback

Responsibilities

ï‚· Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

ï‚· Opening, updating and closing after sales cases in the company register

ï‚· Reporting to the sales team, product management and customers service regarding ongoing cases

ï‚· Preparing and sending closing reports

ï‚· Stock Management for spare parts
