Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth business workflows


  • Renewing licenses on time
  • Arrange conferences and meetings, preparing required materials and equipment. 
  • Handle administrative coordination, documentation, and internal follow-upsProvide comprehensive office administration support to the Business and Sales teams


  • Schedule conference rooms and spaces for meetings and events. 
  • Greet, log, and direct visitors, mail, and packages. 
  • File and retrieve documents as needed. 
  • Answer and route incoming calls and correspondence; escalate issues when required. 
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and meeting support materials. 
  • Handle purchase orders and maintain office supplies. 
  • Ensure conference rooms, supply stations, printer areas, guest reception areas, and general workspaces are clean and well stocked. 
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 


  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 


  • 1-2 years of experience on an Administrative Assistant or similar role.


  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)


  • Strong knowledge of employment visa processes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations 


  • Strong knowledge in generic administrative work 
  • Experience with office and business license renewals


  • Familiarity with Ministry of Labour procedures and regulations, including all related documentation and compliance requirements
