Hi all, we're looking for a friendly, organised female Admin Assistant to join us from day one, at Expo City Dubai in April.
What you’ll do:
Manage front desk and welcome students/parents
Coordinate lesson schedules
Handle enquiries, registrations & communication (phone, WhatsApp, email)
Support invoicing, payments & basic admin
Help with staff visas
Liaise with KHDA
