We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to oversee our Front Desk operations and lead a team of receptionists. The Team Leader - Front Desk will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and efficient coordination of tasks at the front desk area.
Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and lead a team of receptionists, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
2. Ensure all front desk duties are completed accurately and efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries.
3. Handle guest escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing inventory and supplies.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
6. Monitor and improve customer service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
7. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on front desk performance and metrics.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
5. Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
