Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring a state-of-the-art recruitment journey.
Identify, approach, and guide candidates throughout the hiring process (including active sourcing and interviewing) to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Develop tailored, target-group-specific sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our open requisitions.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.
g., hiring managers, the HR team, and external agencies) to ensure a superior hiring experience.
Monitor and evaluate sourcing trends and recruiting KPIs to deliver and continuously improve a high-quality recruitment process.

2+ years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, paired with expertise in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to excite and inspire candidates.
