What You’ll Do




- Prepare annual and longer-termmarketing plans.



- Achieve sales and market share annual goals at the budgeted expense levels.



- Diagnose and analyze brand, market and competitors through gathering competitive information, identifying drivers and refining segmentation according tocustomer needs.



- Coordinate thedevelopment of salesobjectives, strategies,advertising, promotion programs,public relationsandmarket researchactivities and ensure their execution.



- Establish key opinion leader pool and have regular visits



- Carry out dual visits with thesales teamon a regular and ongoing basis to stay abreast of the motivational status and needs of thesales force, efficient practice of strategies.



- Develop, implement and updateproduct trainingtosales forceon an ongoing basis.



- Provide direction to the field in order to facilitate goal setting process in line with corporate goals, monitor progress, measure results.




Required Qualifications




    - University degree preferably in Marketing,Business Administrationor a Medical field



    - Preferably minimum 3 years ofproduct managementand 6 months ofsales experiencein the health care industry  



    - Excellent command of English



    - Excellentpresentation skills



    - Good knowledge ofMS Officeapplications



    - Ability to travel
