Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
Leads the end-to-end demand planning process, ensuring strong alignment between Brand, Sales & Supply Chain to deliver a reliable and unified sales plan. Plays a critical role in enabling commercial success by balancing demand, inventory, and financial targets.


This role reports directly to the Senior Director Finance Türkiye.
Key Responsibilities


  • Facilitate monthly demand review process.
  • Drive regular demand updates in line with the latest net sales plan.
  • Drive financial kick-off with Brand and channels to start marketing seasons, providing financial and volume guidance and ensuring consistent planning during execution.
  • Drive regular discussions to align KCC with Category Leads (NS, SM, VOL & buy) for mid- and long-term planning and ensure accurate reflection in IBP.
  • IBP: Drive consensus plan between Sales & Marketing.
  • Act as a strong business partner for the Brand Category Planning team, supporting business development and critical discussions with regional/global stakeholders.
  • Lead the Operational Demand Planning (ODP) process, ensuring the integrity of RDP (rolling demand plan) upload into APO (at article and size level) across channels. Ensure alignment to IBP.
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain and Local Sourcing teams, providing full visibility of the Rolling Demand Plan (RDP) to support buy, phasing, and capacity planning. Highlight risks & opportunities with a key article focus to support in-season decision-making.
  • Review and challenge inventory planning assumptions to ensure optimal inventory levels supporting sales ambitions.
  • Ensure standard margin controlling aligns the latest demand plan with targets.
  • Drive/support cross-functional demand and buy plan alignment with SLT.
  • Facilitate regular RDP, buy, and inventory review meetings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate IBP submission as per deadlines.
  • Leverage reporting/dashboards or support demand planning-related projects (e.g., GIM tool, IBP25, M3, inventory enhancements).

  • Proven track record in demand planning within a large sales organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., relationship management, facilitation)

  • Proven methodological skills (e.g., data analysis, trend forecasting)
  • Strong commercial and business acumen to challenge and drive consensus between Sales & Marketing
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications


  • Minimum 8-10 years of demand planning experience within a large sales organization
  • Business/Finance degree from a leading school, MBA a plus
  • Preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry
  • Experience successfully leading, managing, and developing a team (if applicable)
