How you will make impact:

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management System requirements, and contribute to establishing and sustaining this culture on the workshop.

  
  
  

• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance and repair activities for machines, equipment, and infrastructure systems in production.

  
  
  

• Ensure that breakdowns, downtimes, and maintenance activities are completed in the shortest possible time, safely, and in compliance with quality requirements.

  
  
  

• Perform corrective, preventive, and periodic maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance plans and work instructions; manage cost and time targets of maintenance processes.

  
  
  

• Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) for recurring failures on machines and equipment, and implement permanent solutions and improvement actions.

  
  
  

• Monitor and report maintenance records, failure reports, and maintenance performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, etc.); coordinate with relevant departments regarding spare parts requirements and stock levels.

  
  
  

• Work in close collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams to support production continuity; provide technical support for commissioning, acceptance, and improvement activities of new machines and equipment.

  
  
  

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

  
  
  

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering,

  
  
  

• Min. 5 years of experience in maintenance,

  
  
  

• Good knowledge in MS office programs able to make presentations via PowerPoint, preferably experienced with SAP, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, EPLAN or similar engineering software,

  
  
  

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills,

  
  
  

• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach,

  
  
  

• Proficiency in both written and verbal Turkish & English language.
