  • Identify, shape, and support execution of key regional business development opportunities in collaboration with cross‑functional partners.

What Makes You the Right Fit
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in a business, commercial, strategy, or operations-oriented role.
  • Solid business background with exposure to strategic planning, commercial operations, or project coordination.
  • Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and propose improvement ideas.
  • Strong listening, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Ability to influence without formal authority in a collaborative, matrix environment.
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced regional setting.
  • Skilled at synthesizing data and inputs into clear insights, action points, and recommendations.
How You Would Stand Out
  • Advanced hands‑on experience with Salesforce; prior exposure to Business Warehouse (BW) and Power BI is an advantage.

  • Basic to intermediate project management experience, including planning, coordination, and follow‑up.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high‑quality presentations and business materials for reviews and workshops.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Why Choose Us?
  • Opportunity to contribute to and help shape the EAME regional strategy in a visible, impactful role.
  • High exposure to regional and cross‑functional stakeholders without the pressure of a senior leadership position.
  • Meaningful involvement in global initiatives and long‑term strategic priorities.
  • Collaborative, people‑focused environment with strong learning and development support.
  • Professional growth through hands‑on involvement in diverse strategic and commercial projects.
  • A role designed to build strategic, analytical, and commercial skills while making a real business impact.
