Job Summary:

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving business growth within the tourism and hospitality sector by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of travel and hospitality-related projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations for tourism packages, hospitality services, and events based on client needs and requirements.
  • Develop competitive and tailored commercial and financial proposals for travel, tourism, and hospitality solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual customers.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide customized tourism solutions.
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations for travel packages, hotel bookings, tours, and related services.
  • Develop creative tourism concepts, travel experiences, and hospitality offerings to attract new business opportunities.
  • Advise clients on travel plans, destinations, hospitality services, and experience enhancement.
  • Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth execution of travel and hospitality services.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to support budget preparation, pricing strategies, and cost control.
  • Identify potential risks in bookings, travel operations, and service delivery, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless customer experience.
