Job Requirements


  • Checking purchase invoices, collecting necessary approvals, and filing documents in line with regulations
  • Performing supplier reconciliations
  • Generating journal entries for purchase invoices and employee expenses
  • Handling A/R processes
  • Checking and approving journal entries for purchase invoices
  • Creating supplier payment lists and checking supplier balances before payment
  • Cross-checking sales invoices transferred from the payment system to the accounting system
  • Preparing non-automated invoice lists, manually issuing invoices, and sending them in a timely manner
  • Checking and approving journal entries for purchase and merchant invoices
  • Maintaining and following up on all company insurances; preparing and applying for reimbursements
  • Performing e-invoice and e-archive controls
  • Creating invoice lists and submitting them to the Revenue Administration (GIB)
  • Setting up Logo project distribution keys and performing related controls
  • Maintaining fixed asset and depreciation lists
  • Contributing to process improvements

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Knowledge of Logo Tiger program is a must
  • Solid knowledge of Turkish Local GAAP and tax regulations
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, work independently, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, a clear mindset, and the ability to prioritize effectively
