DocShipper Group, a fast-growing international import/export and freight forwarding company, is hiring a creative Video Editor to join our Social Media team.
YOUR MISSION
Produce a minimum of 4 videos per week (2 in French + 2 in English) following this workflow:
1. Receive the script from the Social Media Manager
2. Generate an AI avatar using HeyGen from human voice-over for face camera sequences
3. Source video footage from Pexels or generate AI videos to illustrate the script
4. Edit by intelligently alternating between avatar sequences and faceless footage
5. Adapt each video into English: regenerate the EN avatar + adjust timing and pacing
OUTPUT: 2 French videos + 2 English videos per week, minimum.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✓ Mastery of Premiere Pro or CapCut (essential)
✓ Proven experience with AI avatar generation tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, etc.)
✓ Creativity in balancing avatar and faceless content
✓ Ability to source and generate high-quality AI videos
✓ Bilingual production (French AND English)
✓ Strong sense of pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling
✓ Rigorous, responsive, deadline-oriented
✓ Solid video editing portfolio
