Requirements
University Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication or any equivalent
Experience ICT industry 15- 20 years with minimum 10 years in NOC
Past experience of working in Managed Services / outsourced NOC project is a must and should have interfaced and presented to senior level customers
Knowledge of automation implementation in NOC using RPA and AI
Process certifications like ITIL, eTOM will be an advantage
Working location Madrid, Spain
Knowledge about Telecom Domain, Having good understanding on Core, IP & TX technologies.
Understanding of Agile
Soft Skills
Analytical skills like logical thinking, problem solving & handling assignments are mandatory.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
True team leader and able to encourage team members
Motivation and attrition management of team
MS office, Excel, report generation, trend and analysis is mandatory.
Fluency in English & Spanish language and communication skills are required.
