Our client, an internationally recognised provider of premium serviced apartments, is seeking a commercially astute and experienced General Manager to lead a 41-key serviced apartment property with dedicated Food & Beverage outlets, including an on-site Restaurant, located in Cape Towns city centre.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a results-driven hospitality executive who understands boutique asset performance, international reporting structures, and full commercial accountability.
The Opportunity
As General Manager, you will assume full P&L responsibility for the 41-key property and its Food & Beverage outlets, including the Restaurant. Reporting directly to the London-based Head Office, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy while ensuring strategic alignment, financial performance, and operational excellence.
