This is a permanent senior leadership role responsible for the functional leadership, strategy, performance and governance of Supply Chain across APAC, operating within a diverse, multi-country, matrix organisation. Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) is the preferred location, however exceptional candidates based in Kuala Belait (Brunei Darussalam), Muntinlupa City (Philippines), Chonburi (Thailand) or Singapore are encouraged to apply, reflecting the regional scope of the position.

What we can offer
Reporting to the Vice President, Technical, APAC, you will be a key business partner and sit on the APAC Technical Leadership team and help shape APAC business strategy and performance. You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the supply chain function across Asia Pacific (APAC) providing all aspects of supply chain management including materials management, warehousing, expediting, procurement, subcontracts, negotiation, reporting and bid support.
In this highly visible role, you will be accountable for Supply Chain across a diverse and geographically spread supply chain, setting and delivering functional strategy and key functional / business objectives: - cost savings, working capital improvement, people development, operational/regional synergy efficiencies, insourcing, personnel deployment, policy adherence.
You will be responsible for adding value through identifying efficiencies, driving out waste and reducing costs from within the supply chain, implementing and driving Supply Chain Management (SCM) improvement plans, development of the supply chain teams, driving processes and systems improvement and embedding compliance, assurance and common ways of working.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 15 years of proven Supply Chain experience, including leadership of a Supply Chain function at a regional or multi‑country level, within complex, safety critical operating environments (Oil & Gas / Minerals & Metals / Heavy Industrial).
