Job description

  1. Reports to Warehouse Supervisor / Senior Supervisor / Asst. Manager.
  2. Indicate SAP problems (Pending TR, TO, LU04, INT Location etc) to area supervisors.
  3. Ensuring proper documentation of Warehouse activities.
  4. Reports about the problems in order to conduct proper investigation.
  5. Monitoring of hygienic practices and discipline inside the distribution center.
  6. Receiving / Dispatching and physical verification of products and the related documents.
  7. Follow up with all the staff concerned and maintain all the records of FG Section.
  8. Prepare the related documents and update System as per the consignee.
  9. Transfer F.G. to respective location.
  10. Ensure truck inspection as per the SOPs
  11. Reporting the daily outgoing and incoming products to the Superior.
  12. Ensuring cleanliness / Safety around activity.
  13. Implementing the concerned SOPs and GSDP guidelines in the activities.
  14. To allocate and delegate activities to workers.
  15. Any other activities as instructed by the senior / Supervisor.
