Our client, a leading automotive group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking to appoint an experienced Training and Development Manager to lead and enhance its non-technical learning and development initiatives. The Training and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organisation’s non-technical training strategy. This role will focus on building leadership capability, enhancing customer service excellence, strengthening sales performance, and driving overall employee development across the group.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive non-technical training and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct training needs analysis across departments and functions.
  • Design and deliver programs covering leadership, soft skills, sales effectiveness, customer experience, and behavioral competencies.
  • Partner with senior leadership and HR to identify talent gaps and succession planning needs.
  • Manage external training providers and consultants where required.
  • Establish KPIs and evaluation frameworks to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organisation.
  • Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of programs.
  • Implement learning technologies and blended learning solutions where appropriate.
