Key responsibilities include: Review and prepare technical drawings to ensure readiness for execution.
Manage and follow up on RFIs with consultants to resolve design queries efficiently.
Coordinate between architectural, civil, and MEP disciplines for integrated project delivery.
Support site teams by resolving technical issues promptly and minimizing project delays.
Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards through diligent drawing reviews.
Facilitate communication between design consultants, contractors, and site teams to address technical challenges.
Health insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision) Paid annual leave and public holidays On-site support and resources for project management Opportunities for advancement within a leading Saudi investment group Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering or related field 5+ years of relevant experience as a technical engineer in construction projects Experience reviewing and coordinating multidisciplinary drawings (Architectural, Civil, MEP) Experience managing and closing RFIs with design consultants Experience reviewing shop drawings for construction execution Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project Basic-to-intermediate BIM coordination experience, including reviewing models to identify clashes Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on clash detection using Navisworks Experience working on residential building construction projects Experience coordinating with design consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical and drawing-related issues
