Supply Chain Supervisor

Job Summary:

Oud Lover is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily supply chain activities (procurement, warehousing, logistics).
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Saudi regulations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain procedures, ERP systems, and inventory control.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain software.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Knowledge of Saudi market and customs procedures is an advantage.
