At Six Flags Qiddiya City, The Supervisor - Attraction Operations is responsible for ensuring smooth daily Attraction Operations.
This position will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences.
Job Duties: ▪ Comply with the Qiddiya’s code of conduct and ethics ▪ Promote the Qiddiya vision, mission, values and model desired behaviors ▪ Promote Qiddiya and spread its culture ▪ Commit to Qiddiya’s rules and regulations ▪ Perform tasks as directed in the pursuit of the achievement of organizational goals ▪ Share with team know-how and encourage their development JOB-SPECIFIC ▪ Supervise and support attraction staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
▪ Ensure that assigned attractions are operating smoothly and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of safety and guest satisfaction.
▪ Staff development, coaching, guidance, and monitoring job performance.
▪ Under the direction of the management, may be responsible for scheduling, coaching, contributing to performance reviews, observing, and providing feedback on compliance to company policies such as attendance and wardrobe and grooming.
▪ Available in the area to deal with crowd control or Guest issues as well as to handle area issues as they surface.
▪ Observes employees and provides feedback to management on counseling issues, reward.
potential, and performance reviews.
▪ Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
▪ Leads and assists with all opening procedures in designated areas, and ensures that the areas have been properly cleaned, inspected, and checked out in the morning before park opening.
▪ Completes end of day procedures with the team and communicates with area lead when area needs specific attention.
Informs of any irregularities that need to be taken care of before next day opening.
▪ Communicates any faults, safety issues or staffing problems to management.
▪ Monitor attraction performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
▪ Support the team in all aspects of Rides & Attractions experience; managing fast pass, special requests, and VIP services as required.
▪ Enforce all park policies, procedures and maintain all Six Flags standards.
▪ Maintain consistency with department goals for quality, safety, and efficiency.
▪ All other duties as assigned.
Education High School Certification.
Business management certificates is preferred.
Experience 0-2 years of operation in in a supervisory role within an amusement park or similar industry Skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to lead and train Team Leaders and Team Members Good interpersonal and communication skills working with Guests and Team Members Strong interest in looking at operational details and work with all levels of ages, nationalities, and gender Abilities to work under pressure and independently Core Competencies Self-Actualization & Fulfilment: Proficiency Level – ADVANCED Team Synergy & Development: Proficiency Level – ADVANCED Entrepreneurial Mindset & Drive: Proficiency Level – ADVANCED Business Acumen & Diligence: Proficiency Level - ADVANCED Education High School Certification.
